Important – 16th & 18th Parties
We’re sorry to say that we’re unable to accept bookings for 16th or 18th birthday parties. This policy is in place to help us keep the hall a safe, enjoyable, and well-cared-for space for everyone in our community, and to ensure we respect our neighbours’ peace and comfort. If a booking is found to be for a 16th or 18th birthday celebration, the Village Hall Committee reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, including on the day of the event.
We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation – it helps us ensure the hall remains a welcoming venue for all. If you’re planning another type of celebration or community event, we’d be happy to hear from you!
